The Nonviolent Choice Directory now has a section of Free and Low-Cost Internet and Computing Resources (direct URL http://www.nonviolentchoice.info/freelowcostinternet.html). The majority of materially poorer humans, especially in the Two-Thirds World, and disabled humans everywhere lack access to all the advantages that the Internet can bring.
Hope this helps a little; please forgive us for not having the coffers of a Gates Foundation to do more about these (and oh so many other) serious problems!
